Shipping and General Information
We pride ourselves on consistently exceeding our customer’s expectations not only with our mouth-watering chocolates and assorted sweet treats; but in shipping your Putnam Pantry order. All items are shipped from our store in Danvers, MA. We offer standard shipping (2-3 day delivery) and air express (1-2 day delivery) and overnight shipping. However, please note that because temperatures vary across the country and from season to season, we may choose to not ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we do not guarantee Monday deliveries. Additionally, based on the shipping destination, we may suggest the use of ice packs (for an additional charge of $10.00) for warm weather shipping.
